Anxiety & Panic attacks

Anxiety and panic attacks are natures way of keeping you safe, without this inbuilt alarm system the human race probably wouldn't have survived for as long as we have. 
In learning that something is dangerous, entering the fight or flight response will increase you chance of survival, because humans were not always at the top of the food chain, we needed this response to survive.

The problem now is that we rarely encounter life threatening situations, but to the brain, not being able to meet mortgage repayments for instance, or a threat to your self esteem, relationship or job, rather than actual physical survival, can bring on the same response, because you still feels threatened in the same way. 
The
symptoms of panic attacks are varied and can differ from person to person, 

For some people this alarm is a little to sensitive, and goes off at inappropriate times. Hypnosis can re-set this alarm, so it only triggered when you really need it.
