Have
you ever felt a time in the day, maybe mid morning or mid afternoon when
closing your eyes and taking a breather felt like the thing to do? Well
this is a time to practice your 7-11
breathing and naturally take a break. It's your body's way of letting
you know it could do with 5 minutes rest.
The
thing is we live in such a fast society, that a lot of the time we
override this need to rest which in turn has been proven to weaken the
immune system.
So
taking 5 minutes out for relaxation twice every day not only boosts the
immune system but can improve mental health.
