Workshops These wonderfully constructed workshops teach you how to change your relationship with food. I'm sure there are many people out there (you may be one) that have tried the latest fad diets and strict routines, and have managed to lost weight only to put it back on again, and some.
It
is true, however that you need to consume less calories than your body uses to
lose weight. Also eating consciously, chewing your food, tasting every morsel gives the brain time to listen to the stomach that it is full. Learning to keep that motivation high, so exercise is something that can be enjoyed and losing weight no longer becomes a chore.
