These wonderfully constructed workshops teach you how to change your relationship with food.

I'm sure there are many people out there (you may be one) that have tried the latest fad diets and strict routines, and have managed to lost weight only to put it back on again, and some.

It is true, however that you need to consume less calories than your body uses to lose weight.
Unfortunately we don't have a magic wand to wave. 
But what we do have is a fun way to loss weight.
To be able to have a sense of control (a basic need) over your feelings for certain foods
Being able to control cravings and emotional eating can be easier than you think.

Also eating consciously, chewing your food, tasting every morsel gives the brain time to listen to the stomach that it is full.

Learning to keep that motivation high, so exercise is something that can be enjoyed and losing weight no longer becomes a chore.
